A: The term holistic is a whole person approach to health and fitness. It focuses on mind and spirit as much as body; as they are all interconnected.
Q: How do we meet for coaching & workshops?
A: Best Self coaching offers online, trackside, and in-person coaching (Southern Maine only) and consulting. Our goal is for you to be able to access coaching and workshops in a way that is best for you, your needs, and busy life.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: At this time, I do not take insurance. However, several clients have been reimbursed for services by using their Health Savings Account or submitting a detailed statement to their insurance company.
Q: How do I schedule a "meet and greet"?
A: To schedule a meet and greet, please email Best Self. Include your phone number, and a brief message describing your interest(s), and I will follow up with you to schedule at time us to chat.
